Family Ties in Gold Coast

Description: This high-rise condo got the facelift it desperately needed for this growing family. We opened up the floor plan by knocking two walls out of the kitchen that separated the space from the rest of the living area. Brand new countertops, cabinets, appliances, and fixtures were installed in the kitchen along with an added L-shaped island for more cooking space. The bathroom got an upgrade as well with a custom shower and more storage shelves. New flooring was installed throughout the entire condo and all of the walls were painted a cool gray color. The living room and dining room sections were given their own identity with custom light fixtures in each space. The cherry on top of this modern condo is that you can see beautiful views of the Chicago skyline from any room.
