Description: This downtown condo went from drab to fab. We remodeled every inch of this space in order to turn it into the perfect Chicago home for our client to have when she’s in town for business. We removed carpeting throughout the unit and replaced it with White Oak hardwood flooring. The walls got a fresh coat of paint and the kitchen got a facelift with brand new quartz countertops and appliances. A custom built dividing wall was put in between the living room and designated office space so our client can comfortably work from home while gazing at beautiful views of the Chicago skyline. Beautiful floral print wallpapers were added in the guest bathroom and master bedroom to add a fun and unique touch to the condo.
