• Storefronts – we have completed a variety of storefront updates including glass replacement, tuckpointing up to full exterior façade, and lighting updates
• Condominium Lobbies and Common Areas – with a specialty in high-rise remodeling, we have completed several condominium projects including painting and floor replacement in common stairwells, mailroom, and entryways as well as full lobby renovations and build-out with the addition of office space, package receiving, and entry vestibule.
• Mixed-Use – Areté’s first mixed-use commercial build-out was our very own showroom and design center. Over the last five years, we have taken on several projects of similar scope to help clients create their ideal business space. We have completed retrofitting projects up to full interior demo and build-out.

Our commercial clients in Chicago receive the same level of service and real-time communication as our residential clients by the assignment of a dedicated project coordinator. The project coordinator facilitates all permitting, inspections, oversight of trades and installation crews, schedules updates and sees that progress photos are sent to the client daily, and ensuring a safe working environment.
