Lakeshore Drive Condo Remodel Home Type: High-rise condominium Location: Gold Coast Budget: $75,000-$100,000 Project design and challenges: Downtown Chicago high-rise condo kitchen and guest bathroom remodel. Highlights of kitchen work completed: gut rehab of kitchen and guest bathroom, white and gray shaker cabinets, custom pantry, stainless steel appliances, white pearl quartzite countertop, white subway tile backsplash, and engineered hardwood flooring. The measurements in this kitchen needed to precise as we installed a custom pantry and cabinet framing around the window. Highlights of guest bathroom work completed: vanity, supra white quartz countertop, Kohler undermount sink, blue glass subway tile, and brushed brass hardware.
