I’ll begin by stating that we own 3 properties. A downstate country home, a 100 yr old commercial property & our 1 bedroom/1bath high rise condo in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. We have been working with various builders & doing renovations for years. We needed to renovate our condo & Areté Renovators was recommended to my husband & I by our neighbor. The team designed a new kitchen & new flooring for us. The results are beautiful! Their response time to emails was within a day or two. They had also worked on other units in our building which was a huge advantage when dealing with permits, scheduling freight elevators, working with the business office, etc. They were easy to work with and very knowledgeable in terms of current design trends.
