Areté and their entire remodeling team were amazing! Areté did a full remodel of my River North 2 bed/2 bath condo in summer 2021 and the end result is gorgeous. Marina was my Project Manager and oversaw the daily operations of my remodel project for 10 weeks. Throughout this time she provided me with daily progress updates via email, which included photos. Ivana was my Design Consultant and really helped turn all of my remodeling inspiration pics into reality. She spent a lot of time helping me choose flooring, paint, tile, light fixtures, cabinetry/vanities/sinks, faucet fixtures, mirrors, lighting, etc., and made sure things were delivered on time. Everyone at Arete was very responsive to my questions as well as making sure my project was completed within the 10 week timeframe I had given them at the start of our agreement. Even with product/vendor/worker shortages during the pandemic, they worked with me to ensure that things were delivered on time. And one year after the remodeling project was completed, Marina and Ivana worked with me to help repair some minor items at no cost to me-that is wonderful customer service to ensure the customer is always happy!
