This is the 2nd and far more complicated project that we hired Arete to do for us. This was a renovation of our kitchen, floors, recarpeting and painting of entire unit. The quality of the work was excellent and for us, having a responsive and ‘customer savvy’ project manager was essential. Ivan was incredible as he was professional, patient, responsive and helped us through what was for us a major disruption to our home and lives.
We will definitely use Arete again and would highly recommend them. Our job came out on time with no major surprises. All hick ups and corrections were dealt with swiftly and with cooperation and an attitude of wanting to make us happy.
