We use Arete for our wall skim coating project at a condo in Lincoln Park. I got 10 quotes and they were the lowest quote but also provided quality work. I was happy with how quickly they did the job and the job they did itself. I like the professionalism of the project manager and the person that came to quote the project. The project manager had excellent communication. We noticed a little bit of waving and one wall a few weeks after the project was complete. We called project manager and she was out within days to redo the wall. I would recommend them to anyone.
