I purchased an old Victorian home last year and needed to significant amount of work; adding a new bathroom, renovating 3 additional bathrooms, refinishing the basement, fire sprinklers, removal/relocation of various internal walls, replace windows etc.
It was a challenging project especially as we aimed to preserve and/or match various original wood decorations/mouldings.
