I bought a new condo in Albany Park and wanted to make some minor updates to it. I worked with Arete to make design decisions, pick out materials, and ultimately execute the job. The project was delayed due to circumstances outside Arete’s control, and Arete was understanding and flexible regarding scheduling. All individuals working with/for Arete were professional. The project manager, Ned, was especially responsive, often responding to emails and messages within ten minutes even on weekends. The only hiccup on Arete’s side was a product procurement error, which set the project timeline back a few days, but otherwise, the job was completed professionally and in a timely manner.
