I recently had the pleasure of working with the Arete team during the gut renovation of my 120-year-old Chicago two-flat, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Patty’s attention to detail, dedication to the project, and ability to pivot to ensure the project stayed on schedule despite supply chain issues was like none other, and Derek’s industry knowledge, and ability to be a mediator, project manager, and therapist, allowed me to have an enjoyable home building experience.
