Areté created a hoistway for an elevator in a more than 100-year-old building. They did a wonderful job and created the hoistway within a very narrow spec, as required by the elevator supplier. All work was done within the time frame and they kept the dust down with lots of plastic. Communication was good. They sent weekly e-mails with photos of what they were completing. Areté worked well with our architect and was good about answering questions. They also got any needed inspections done on a timely basis. I would highly recommend Arete, especially for challenging jobs.
