Description: This single-family new build started from the ground up. Everything from the foundation down to the final coat of paint was built from the ground up. We tore down this client’s original home to completely start from scratch and give him the home he envisioned for his family. There are two bedrooms and one and a half baths that include a beautiful green marble countertop sourced from Ireland and natural finish maple wood cabinets. LED color changing mirrors are found in both bathrooms and give the person staring back at the mirror a modern twist on bathroom lighting. These colors cohesively flow into the kitchen as well. Stainless Steel appliances are featured throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. New floors spread through the first and second story. The specially sourced Irish marble reflects the client’s strong Irish heritage and is found in details all throughout the home.
